Notary Service
We offer Notary services to residents and non-residents. There is a fee of $5.00 per seal. Please do not sign the document until you are in front of us, and bring along a valid photo ID with you. Appointments are not necessary.
Dedimus Justice
If you need to be sworn in by a Dedimus, the Town Clerk and her Deputy Clerk are a Dedimus Justice. There is no set fee for this service, but we do accept donations to give to Windham's Social Services for the purpose of providing children with Christmas gifts.
