Windham Center Rezoning Public Forum

The Long Range Planning Committee and Planning staff will present proposed new zoning districts for the Windham Center Growth Area. We’re seeking input on the draft before making a recommendations to the Town Council to amend the Land Use Ordinance . Presentation will be followed by a Q&A session. The Zoom link as well as more information (the proposed ordinance language, zoning maps, and handouts that detail the changes from the current zoning) can be found at https://www.windhammaine.us/604/Long-Range-Planning-Committee. Printed copies of the supporting documents listed on the website are available at the Planning Department Town Hall. The event will also be live streamed over the Windham Facebook page.
