MDOT has notified the town that it will be conducting load tests on the bridge over the Pleasant River on Windham Center Road. The testing will take place over two days, Monday, August 22 and Tuesday, August 23.
On Monday, August 22 MDOT will be doing work at the bridge site in preparation for the load tests. On Tuesday, August 23 the bridge will be subject to two or more closures of 15-20 minutes each during the day. Please avoid the area or plan to use alternate routes.
