PUBLIC NOTICE
TOWN OF WINDHAM
The Town of Windham has established a Senior Property Tax Assistance Program to reimburse qualifying residents a maximum of $500 for taxes paid in 2018, which were due October 1, 2017 and April 1, 2018. Applicants must meet the qualifications and eligibility requirements set forth in the ordinance. Both the approved ordinance, Chapter 112 – Property Tax Assistance, and application are available at the Windham Public Library, Town Hall lobby, Town Manager’s Office or can be viewed online.

Applications must also include proof of household income and proof of property taxes paid. Please submit applications to the Town Manager’s Office in person or via mail at 8 School Road, Windham ME 04062, no later than August 1, 2018.
