A special announcement was made at the September 8, 2020 Town Council Meeting. Councilor David Nadeau was named the 2020 Citizen Planner of the Year by the Maine Association of Planners! The award recognizes Councilor Nadeau’s years of dedication towards his grasp, participation and support of community planning principles, long-term vision, strategic planning, and budgeting measures all for the betterment of the Windham Community.
