If you have a home (property) on a private road with a road association and are currently plowed by the Town and want to continue plowing services after this winter, please help us update our records and have your association president or point of contact provide us with the:
- Association Name and clarification on whether it is a “statutory” road association or registered nonprofit corporation;
- List of Directors;
- Street(s) or portion of street(s) included;
- Point of Contact; and
- Contact information including phone #, mailing address and email address.
If you currently receive plowing services and do not have a road association, the Town recommends you follow the information provided on our website with particular attention to the Town Q and A document. Our objective is to help you to get organized with a road association and its function so we can ensure the continuation of plowing service. All the necessary forms to organize and operate a road association are posted on the website.
